My room mates recently moved out and so ive been trying to replace some of the furniture that they took when they left. I found two end tables out in the storage shed that a previous renter left behind as trash. They were ugly wood with gold trim but I saw something more. They were functionable and could be saved. so...I cleaned all the cob webs off, gave them a quick sand and wipe down and went to work with a can of trusty black spray paint. here are the before and after shots.... not a bad deal. 2 free end tables and 3 cans of paint=$3! A total room transformation for 3 bucks! Cant beat that!

It looks like you did a great job! WHen I redid my kitchen table in Oklahoma I thought it was going to be the end of me! haha. It is surpising how a can of paint can turn things around.
